Leadership

Pastor Jordan serves as our Senior Pastor of Missions and Discipleship. Jordan was born and raised in Andover, Kansas and moved to Lebanon in 2010. He is married to Heather, and they have 3 beautiful children - Levi, Brinkley, and Winston. Jordan received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Wichita State University. Prior to joining TeamFBC, Jordan spent 15 years in corporate America as a Product Manager developing strategies that brought various products from idea to the retail marketplace. In 2014, after deciding to change direction in his life and pursue something that truly matters, Jordan was asked to join TeamFBC to develop and lead a new Missions strategy and initiative for the church.He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and exercising (only because he likes to eat what he cooks). 

Pastor Luke Winfrey serves as our Teaching and Executive Pastor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s in Christian Ministry from Southwest Baptist University. After playing three years of college baseball at SBU, Luke was called to serve as Youth Pastor at TeamFBC in 2019. In 2023, he stepped into the role of Senior Pastor.
A Lebanon native, Luke has called FBC home since he was 10 years old. He and his wife Emily are the proud parents of their sons, Duke & Judge.

Pastor Roger serves as our Senior Pastor of Teaching & Connections. He received his BS in Christian Ministries, his MA in Christian Apologetics, and has his Doctorate of Ministries in Theology and Apologetics, all from Liberty University. Prior to full-time ministry, Pastor Roger served as a deputy sheriff and detective for the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office. Roger is married to his wife Katlyn who is a nurse. He also loves the Atlanta Falcons, Captain D’s, ranch dressing (but not Captain D’s ranch dressing), and his two dogs Lawrence and Kramer.
